Based at our Head Office in W1W, Robert leads the team and is the first point of contact for many clients. You’ll often meet him during initial consultations and sales meetings.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Robert has built years of hands-on construction experience, combining technical knowledge with a meticulous eye for detail. He actively manages client portfolios, from acquisition and renovation through to long-term maintenance of their most valuable assets.

Before pursuing his passion for construction and development, Robert was a professional footballer. Although his sporting career was cut short due to injury, the discipline, commitment, and resilience he developed from a young age now underpin his leadership approach at RS D&M.

Vas is your key point of contact on site, ensuring projects run seamlessly from start to finish. Through clear, transparent communication and regular client meetings, he keeps every detail on track so milestones are met — often ahead of schedule.

With a lifelong interest in design, engineering, and construction, Vas began his career through an apprenticeship at the age of 16. From labourer to Operations Director, he has worked across every level of construction, giving him a deep understanding of site principles, health and safety, and environmental responsibility.

His leadership continually refines our processes, driving greater efficiency, quality control, and team satisfaction across all projects.

Often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office, Lisa is affectionately known as our Office Oracle. She keeps everything running smoothly — from coordinating schedules to ensuring deadlines are met — and makes sure clients can always reach Robert or Vas when needed.

Lucy manages our accounts and finance administration. Whether you need assistance with invoices, payment breakdowns, or general finance queries, Lucy is always ready to help through our main office line.

Working diligently behind the scenes, Adnan ensures RS D&M remains financially secure and strategically positioned for growth. His oversight keeps every project and portfolio on a strong financial foundation.
