The detached property was renovated internally and externally. A concept design was developed to meet the required strict conservation planning restrictions for the area. A unique loft design was developed to unlock the full potential of the space. The rear extension highlights what great design and craftmanship can create, showing the expansive space in the kitchen and dining area, leading effortlessly to the exterior garden. The renovation of the property spanned over 2578sq ft.
