Our Philosophy
We found that most Clients do not want to manage their Projects on a day-to-day basis. Our aim is to take this stress away for the Client by providing a Project Management Solution that encompasses all aspects of the Build Process.
Over the years we have built up a wealth of experience in covering all types of properties and their unique differences that each might offer.
Our Construction Teams work seamlessly well together to provide a professional service within budget and on schedule. With coordination between concept and design to the completion of building work, each stage of the process is meticulously over seen and communicated with the Client. Here at RS D&M we feel it is important that the Client feels in control of their project and vision at all stages.
Our History
A family history of construction runs through the company, with decades of knowledge passed down the generations.

Our Expertise
Once our Project Sales Team have met with you and all parties have agreed upon your brief and vision the rest of the RS D&M team gets involved.
RS D&M have a team of Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Designers and excellent skilled trades people which include Roofers, Joiners, Tilers, Decorators, Electricians, Plumbers, that we work with on a day-to-day basis. Our team as a wealth of experience to ensure the smooth running of every project.
Each Project has a dedicated Project Manager that will be your point of contact between yourself and the team. The Project Manager will not only ensure that the job runs seamlessly, but also oversees the health and safety aspect of the project and will ensure that all building regulations are adhered to.
Our Process
Here at RS D&M we feel that our Clients need to be able to trust in one organisation to deliver the package of an outstanding designed, and planned project that is constructed to their specific needs and requirements. The process will begin with a scheduled visit/call at your most suitable day & time. The dedicated customer service team in the office will ensure to understand your needs/expectations are achievable. This will then lead to a consultation over an online video call or a site visit to discuss your intentions and budget so we can then create a bespoke design that matches your needs. Our team of professionals undertakes all aspects of the design phase, site surveys, planning applications, structural engineering, party wall matters, drainage surveys, tree surveys, mechanical and engineering survey & design, interior design, site management, health & safety inspections and preparations for the construction.

With clear communication throughout the process to ensure that the Client remains in control of their project and feels advised and at ease with their build project. Weekly or Monthly site visits can be arranged with the Project Manager to allow the client to see how their dream project is being constructed.

Whilst the project is underway, our office team will be creating a tailored handover document that will cover all the important details, operation manuals and contact details/specification of all relevant fixtures and fittings.

After works are completed we will ensure to return to the property for a final sign off and handle any issues, to ensure you are completely satisfied.

We would not like you to think of RS D&M as a one off builder, we want to ensure that we are here for our Clients every time they take on a new project.
